What is Preferred Property Management? It is a Property Management company started by yours truly in in 2012 when I was needing a good property management company and could not find one, so when in doubt-do it your self. It took a couple of years to master and now it is stable and growing. Preferred Property Management manages everything from Single Family Residences to 1-4 Units to 16+ door Apartment complexes.
What can you expect from this blog? You can expect information on or about all aspects of Property Management. Everything from tenants, owners, taxes, and even vendors!
