Property Management Update: COVID-19

In a recent blog, we discussed more briefly about the Coronavirus (aka COVID-19). In this blog, I would like to provide a more company centric/industry specific update about the Coronavirus. This is the Coronavirus update for Preferred Property Management, a Property Management company. 

In this time, Home is the only thing we know can not change. Anyone who calls any of our rentals home is in good hands and being taken care of. Business is going on as usual, with some minor changes made by any of our vendors on Repair Requests to take any necessary precautions. Rent is still being paid and processed, bills still being paid on time. Regardless of what normal day to day actions are not happening, all obligations still exist that otherwise existed before the virus. Any needs or concerns can be communicated to us via phone or email, as always. 


So, like the meme says, stay calm and keep moving forward. I am available by phone, email, social media and by visitation (as requested). I urge us all to stand together and get through this so that our immediate future is not as bleak as this time of virus take over.
